well it's been a year since I put up a journal so here's like what's going on with me: I'm about to be a junior in this animation program and... well that's it really. bye!

I just turned in my absolute last assignment for the school year. Feels reallll good. Oh and f.y.i. I was accepted into the animation program at my film school, so that's what I'm doing. At my school, we choose a discipline after first year, but all first years write, direct, and edit a 5-minute film. It's regarded more as an exercise than a film, really. Like, we all use the same soundstage and shitty camera and we don't get any budget or any access to the prop house or anything, and we can't paint the set. The point is, here's my 5-minute. So a couple of weeks ago I was in the bathroom. I broke my back as a young child and even though I can still walk, run, et cetera, I get a sore back very frequently, and a good soak in the tub can relieve some of the pain. So, at about 2:30 AM (I work a night shift; on my days off I am up to some crazy hours) I draw a bath, get my soak on, and prepare to feel the pain disappear.
